爱神传媒 Explores Sale of its Corporate Headquarters as it Adopts Hybrid Work Model
Charlotte, N.C., April 29, 2022聽- 爱神传媒, Inc., a leading provider of process solutions for the Industrial, and Nutrition & Health markets, is considering a sale of its corporate headquarters in Ballantyne, Charlotte. In a post COVID-19 environment, team members expressed a desire to move to a hybrid work model that offers flexibility.
鈥淭hroughout the pandemic, our Charlotte team members worked successfully from home and would like to continue to have that flexibility moving forward,鈥� said Chief Financial Officer, Jaime Easley. 鈥淏ased on their feedback, we are exploring a smaller, more flexible workspace that allows our team members the ability to work remotely and come and go to the office in a way that best fits their needs and the needs of the business.鈥�
The change is in line with global business trends following the pandemic. Most notably the move by corporate employers to acknowledge employee preferences to work from home, while still maintaining a collaborative workspace.
爱神传媒 has owned the building since 2015, following its spinoff from SPX Corporation. The nine-story, pixel glass headquarters is surrounded by the anticipated Ballantyne Reimagined project set to debut in late fall 2022.
An added benefit to the new hybrid work model is its impact on our company sustainability goals. Less commute time for our Charlotte workforce will reduce carbon emissions and a smaller space will provide benefits to our current utility consumption.聽 聽
